My True Love Gave to Me

I am always surprised by my thoughtful husband at Christmas. He is gifted with the ability to come up with thoughtful surprises.

Like last year when he surprised me with a djembe. I didn’t know that I wanted one, but I love being able to haul it out to play at times like this! (visiting sister state-side last summer)WorshipThis year he surprised me with a Pandora bracelet. I was surprised, because it’s not something that I asked for, but I love it.

The Pandora idea has grown on me.

Once upon a time I would have not been fond. Then I began to learn about embracing story and celebrating milestones and valuing experiences and enjoying the journey, and my perspective has changed.

My husband chose to celebrate my blogging and encourage me to continue with the first charm that he chose. It is called tunnel of love, and the little hearts are like the hearts on my blog background.

Thank you for your thoughtful kindness to me, Dear One. I love the bracelet and the encouragement and love that it offers.
