We are in the thick of it. The final countdown to many things is upon our family.
5 days until Katie graduates from college.
17 days until the end-of-year program when Little Mae graduates from kindergarten and the other “littles” perform accompanying music with teacher-mama directing.
18 days until the last day of school and rehearsal dinner.
19 days until Katie and Jonathan’s wedding.
The home stretch is stretching us.

This speaks truth for all of us. It is the season for melting down as the heat is turning up.
