It’s not fair

This may be the understatement of your year or maybe your life.

Of course it’s not fair. Who said life would be fair? Who said it would be fun and feel good?

You can’t remember any part of your life feeling like the good old days. Most people have something that they can look back on fondly when they want to feel the love.

You can’t find it.

It’s painful to look back on any chapter of your story.

You are dreading what you need to do and where you need to go and the course you must chart to begin healing.

You fear the anger, the pain, the process.

Maybe you are too tired to care.

It’s still not fair, but you are not alone.

You are invited to bring what you have to work with and join in composting your heart.

Did I mention you are not alone?
